About Steve Bianchi

My commitment to personalized service is extremely important to me. I believe in personalized service and pride myself on the constant communication with my clients before, during and after their real estate transaction. My real estate business has been built on relationships with mutual respect, integrity and the highest ethical standards.

My passion for real estate investments began 40 years ago with group investors purchasing large multi-family Apartment Buildings. This allowed me the opportunity to help my clients' transition into individual smaller multi-family Apartment Buildings in Los Gatos, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Santa Clara, Campbell, San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Menlo Park for their own personal investments. I am honored that my clients put their trust in me whether it is the emotional experience of purchasing and selling their residential home or a financial investment for apartments. I also specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rather than specializing in a niche market I have extensive experience in various Real Estate Markets in San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda Counties. My clients are in various areas here in the San Francisco Bay Area and they are involved in all facets of Real Estate and my experience goes everywhere.

On a personal note I am a native San Franciscan and graduated on the Dean’s List with honors from the University of San Francisco in 1978. I have lived in Los Altos for the past thirty seven years with my wife Debbie and we have two children Brian and Stephanie. I am the proud grandfather of Banxton Bianchi. My second passion has been my past community involvement with the local Los Altos Mountain View Pony Baseball League. I had numerous coaching positions and served as a player representative for 14 years. I have been very active on the Executive Committee San Francisco Chapter for the past forty three years for a charity “A Chance in Life” which is responsible for building community and creating possibilities for our youth.

I am an active member in the local Los Altos Rotary Club and serve on the Crab Cioppino dinner committee every year. Other community events include The Los Altos Rotary Club's annual fundraiser event and Fine Art in The Park.

I am the broker and owner of Realty World-Bianchi & Associates. My clients have all the personalized services of a smaller office and the marketing exposure and branding of Realty World International. My affiliations include Santa Clara County Board of Realtors, MLSListings Service, California Apartment Association and National Association of Realtors.

I am highly energetic, hardworking and always accessible to answer any questions. I pride myself on a very successful track record along with very strong negotiation skills in closing my escrows for my clients in a professional manner and on time. My previous experience and expertise in mortgage lending is extremely beneficial for my clients when analyzing purchase contracts from Buyers when I am representing my clients as the Sellers or understanding how to create an offer package to secure properties for my clients who are Buyers. In addition, many of my transactions involve working for several Trustees and I have extensive experience in working for several individual sellers on a given transaction to assure that all parties reach their ultimate goal of closing the escrow.  It is my ultimate goal and responsibility to close the escrow and assure my clients that all important inspection reports, documents are signed during the process in order to have a smooth and successful transaction.
